In the meantime Lewis here is one tip for that model which was lightning
damage. I don't have the manual but I'm sure someone will cough it up for
you as soon as we see your sig file.

Ok...I would presume he was under the impression you were not a Technician,
which is understandable, since you are not using a sig file. Using a
Signature File does not make you a Technician...but it is one step in the
right direction, especially if we see very few posts from you, or are a new
member.
Set up your Signature file, and we will go on from there.
It's really not our nature to give any Tech a hard time, and as a
rule... we help when we can.
