Kevin,

D518 is part number 871930065, replaced by 871997664.  Neither crosses to
an NTE replacement.

Tritronics shows the 871997664 as generic RGP02-17.  That crosses to an
NTE 525, 2000 PRV damper diode.  The NTE580 is rated at 600V.
