[TechAssist] Monitor KDS part ID.

Hello:
Just need to identify Q503 on this monitor KDS,Model VS-5e,this transistor is
broken in 2 pieces so is imposible to identify,if someone has the diagram and
please look for this part,I will appreciate it.
