[TechAssist] Mitsubishi model VS-6043 -black bars in picture

Audio and video are fine. There are black bars going left to right across the
screen. They are about 1 inch in thickness and spaced about 1 inch apart.
They extend from the top of the picture to the bottom. The set has pip and it
does not matter which input source you use or pip source the bars run
uniformly through the entire picture. Thanks to anyone who has seen this
