[TechAssist] Mitsubishi model VS-6043- black bars in picture

Audio and video are fine- set has black bars going left to right all the way
across the screen spaced about 1 inch apart and 1 inch in diameter and going
from top to bottom. Set has pip and no matter which input or pip source the
lines are uniformly there. Set is buried in upstairs room so repair in home
becomes necessary. Thanks to anyone who can assist me from Mike at the Video
