[TechAssist] Mitsubishi model VS-4504R//V10B chassis Dead with relay click

One relay clicks at plug in, another clicks at turn
on, but the clicks are all that happens.
My main question, since this set is 12 years old,
is, will this set be worth the time and trouble to
even diagnose??
Is this one that will have a large number of elyc.
caps to replace??
