Unit would power on and then shutdown.  The set had all startup voltages,
HV & yoke drive voltages before  shutdown.  The set had no coolant leaks
on boards.  It would show trouble code 23 (no horizontal deflection).

Solution:  Check all feed-thru holes around IC700 (main micro) and re-do
if necessary.  Install copper wire on feed thu holes and then resolder 
                connections.
