During trouble shooting we discovered that if we put the meter on pin 2 of IC 201, output was 8v. It should be 4.6v. Just putting the load of the meter on the pin stopped the vertical roll. Surrounding parts appear to test OK. We assume that the IC needs to be replaced. Are we correct or is there another potential solution that you can think of? Does anyone have a sure source for IC201? Any other ideas? Thanks.
