[TechAssist] Mitsubishi VS50607 parts ID

This Mitsubishi VS50607 PTV (mfg Nov 2000) was zapped by lightning. Need part
ID for IC 951 and R 963.
Face blown off IC 951 and R 963 is crispy critter.

The R963 was an 1/8 watt.
I only have the model # (VS50607) located on back of set. But has model #
VS45607 and VS50607 on chassis.
I couldn't find a chassis #.
Any help please!
