[TechAssist] Mitsubishi VS-50604, VZ5, need P/N for D707

D707 is in the standby 5 reg circuit from pin 2 of IC706 to ground,
IC706 is the 3 pin reg KIA7805P1 and D707 is there to drop .7 volts.
Just want to be sure to get the right diode type so it doesn't fail or
cause another failure down the road.
