[TechAssist] Mitsubishi VS5007R FIX

this set was a pusscase . I changed 89 caps in it.problem was picture rolling,
OSD stable. Not sure which one fixed it but there were 2 in the PIP section (
on board PIP, no bypass) that were leaky. Took boards out to repair (no box) so
not sure which ones fixed it but it's done.
