[TechAssist] Mitsubishi V19 Chassis W/Shorted Q5A01

Make : Mitsubishi
Model : WS55859
Chassis : V19
Problem : Shuts Down On Power Up : Error Code 22 ( Short Protect)
Found Q5A01 (2SC4690-O) Shorted
T5A31 rings 0 .....assume it's bad...especially from others notes.
Check ed Pico fuse F5A00 is OK and so is D5A31. ( From other tips)
Is this becoming a common failure on these newer Mitsubishi chassis?
