Thanks for the tips. This CRT board desn't have an R680 and there is no
PIP module either.

I think I have a bad CRT. Turning up the red drive brings in the missing
red from the image but it causes severe bleeding across the image on the
screen. Tried replacing the red CRT driver and some caps on the CRT
board to no avail.
