[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS-40505 arc/snapping... 40" DTV!

This set is 9 years old.I didn't know Mits made a 40 inch direct view
TV! Or anyone back then.
Customer said it started out getting as bit blurry (focus poor) then a
series of HV arc- snaps getting worse as time went on.
Anyone work on these behemouths?
