[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS3515R sides fluctuate,jagged in 30 sec.FIX

Power this 35 inch TV on and in 30 seconds, as the CRT warms to full
brightness the left and right sides erratically fluctuate inward several
inches, like the regulation is collapsing.Some jagged "christmas
tree-ing" as well.
After replacing all bad electrolytics around the SMPS, which was most
all (another shop seems to have done that to the vertical already)
Replaced C921,963,925,930,960,926,C5H9,C914,916.
Among them all the 2200mdf caps.
Still did the same symptom.
After finally changing the STRS5141G all was cured.
I guess the bad caps stresses the regulator.
This chassis does not have the usual PIP module.
