[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS-31305

Would someone be able to scan the Power Supply and Regulator circuit for the
above set. I suspect an open trace somewhere in the B+ line. Just have not been
able to trace it.
This was the one with the relay clicking on..then off, and only seem to have
about 35V on Collector of Horizontal out.
