Ok, I replaced the output chip and a couple of dry lytics, no change, 
still no vertical deflection. No drive signal on the input, pin 4, and I 
can trace the circuit path a little, seems to come from the A/V board. 
If anyone has a schematic tell me where the vertical drive comes from if 
you can take the time to look.
