[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS-2720R low brightness, sides pulled in, C960, C957bad

The picture is low brightness with the horiz width pulled in several 
inches both sides. In the PS I found two bulged lytics:
C960 (10mfd/160V)
C957 (47mfd/200V)
Replaced both no change.
Nothing in archives I see.
