[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS-14SX2 Chassis XL-A-CSX2

This is a 14" Mits, with "low Audio" Volume has to be turned up full before
the level of sound is normal. No distortion in Audio, just low.
This set has a plug-in board which has the audio circuit and the Video/Audio
In jacks. I have swapped boards, and the same problem is still there, so
that eliminates much, if not all the output circuitry. Has anyone run across
this and found a suitable fix?
