Yes Jeff, thanks for looking. I had the same problem. It says Model CS-3315C Chassis WM-B-C15R. I don't have the year made. I pulled the chassis only. The board is split with signal board ones side and deflection/PWR on the other. It has a STR5141 regulator on deflection side and a LA7670 on Signal board side. The Micro has a metal shield on the top. It looks similar to a CK3500 chassis.
