No change between new/old STKs.

The picture doesn't really capture this.  The circle is easier to see.  It
looks like sive waves going thru the picture.  The circle isn't a continuous
line, but dots that go all over
You can actually see the "sine" wave especialy at the bottom.  The sides are
straight, well, pretty much.

My first thought:  The older direct view sets with a series pass regulator
and a bad pump up cap-were you could see the 120Hz ripple on the left side
of the screen...
