Cant the customer just call Mitsubishi customer support and ask them? Or email them if the customer has the facility? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Moutons Electronics L.L.C." <moutons@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, September 12, 2005 5:07 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Mistubishi Model# CS35401 Parental Lock > I have a customer that has there set saying "locked" and to enter a code. I am sure it is in some sort of Parental Lock. I never had to disable one of these so if anyone knows the procedure for a 12yr old Mitsubishi I would love to get a copy of it. > Thanks > > Jason > Moutons Electronics > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- > This Email List is accessible to the general public through search engines.
