I Had one come back, and used the ceramic fuse the second time. I think =
it
may get warm if they use it for a long period of time, Not to sure to be
honest. I would use the ceramic.

Subject: [TechAssist] Microwave oven fuses question

I have a large convection/microwave oven that the main fuse opened due =
to
the fuse holder arcing from fatigue. I replaced the holder, but is it
acceptable to replace the orig. 20A ceramic body fuse with a common =
glass
"AGC" type 20 amp? The glass replacement does not get warm. phil Bader
