[TechAssist] Manual, T/A needed on a Sony KV-27S42

Good morning
I have the above set with vertical overscan. You know the
symptom where all you get is a blank/rainbow looking raster.
I have a similar schematic utilizing the same vert IC. But not
similar in the drive circuitry. According to the input signal to the
chip, on this schematic, I have an improper waveform.
