What are the numbers on the CRT?

Make: ZENITH, Model: PV4663MK Blue convergent is off. 9-1431 MAIN 
Chassis.
Switched yoke plugs and blue is still off. Means bad blue yoke. Zenith 
only will sell the tube and yoke together. Any one have one in their 
bone yard.
