[TechAssist] Magnovox TS2744-C103 27B800 no tuner, autogrogam, blank screen has OSD

                  Set has a blank screen, no audio. It has on screen display 
and menu functianlity and the remote works. Auto program does not detect any 
channels. Tried the vert IC no help. R58 is ok. The tuner voltages are 
present with the exception of the AGC on pin 1 is only 0.2V. If pin 54 
(Tuner AGC) of IC271 is unsoldered the voltage rises to ~4.xV. So the 
question is do I have a bad IC271 or a bad tuner or is something else 
causing the symptoms. Any one else run into this before?
