If it shuts down for no good reason I would reset the screen contol.  That
is a critical setting for some reason.  Turn it up until retrace and the
back it off just enough to clear the picture.   If that's not it I would
change zener diodes 6631 (BZX79-B18 or 9331-669-30133) and 6638 (BZX79-B10
or 9331-668-70133).  I have heard it said Philips never learned how to make
a reliable zener diode.  There is also a shutdown line for loss of vertical
deflection.  I think you could see it drop down to a line before going off
if that was the problem. Let us know what you find.  John.
