Now the fun part Since I used an RCA EEPROM set needs reprograming, does anyone have the parameters for this set? Set was watered...(Plant on top + too much water). Lower 1/2 of picture is blanked. No OSD either. Have cleaned the board for residue and corrosion and pulled both IC's. Has full defection, evidenced by turning up screen control. Set is the absolue base model for the year, mono no AV. Was given as a trade in when brought in for repair and they found we had same base B chassis 25" set with AV for cheap so just trying to figue what to do with this set. Is appears to be something like the OSD blanking is stuck on but no text generation. Does anyone know the generation path for the osd and menu or is it all interal to the CPU?
