I have Sams#2646-1 for the 25C806-thru 18, and 26C805/7thru 17.
On the troubleshooting page for
"Video" is as follows:
Inject a signal at TP1 and check for video on the CRT. If present, 
troubleshoot the "IF/AGC" section. If no video at CRT,, check for a 
video waveform at pins 13,14 and 15 of chroma/Luminence 
IC640(TDA3564).If there is no video at pins 13,14,15 of IC640,Check the 
voltages, waveforms and components associated with pins 1,7, and 9-15 of 
IC640.
If video is present at pins 13,14,15 of IC640 check the voltages, 
waveforms and components associated with the CRT and output transistors 
(Q26,Q40,Q47).
If brightness is inadequate or cannot becontrolled, check the 
voltages,parts assoc. with pins 7 and 12 of IC640 and pin7 of CRT. 
That's all.
If you need, I can mail this sams to you and just  return it when done.
