[TechAssist] Magnavox TV TS3260 shuts down,

Hi All
This set works if I remove the crt board and turn it on. stays on even if I
plug the board back on but it won't start when the board on its place. I
checked the R3340 usually cause this type problem but it is ok..
B+ and other voltages checks ok .
Any tips will help me
