Ken,
This is a Philisp note on the D7 chassis:

CHASSIS:  D7
MANUAL:  7570
SYMPTOM:  Chroma beat in picture
CURE:  Add 220 nf SMD capacitor from pin 17 to pin 18 of IC 7000 on the Comb
Filter Module.  This was begun in production in early October.  Use Service
Code 3198 017 22240.
NOTE:  There is no position screened on the PCB for this part.
