[TechAssist] Magnavox TV RA4420PE01, need remote

Friends,
A customer came in looking for a remote for his TV. It is an old TV.
Customer lives in South America; here only for a short time. The model
number he gave (RA4420PE01) does not come up on any data base I have.
He showed me a page from his owner's manual. It's about the size of my
ECG Remote Control Tester--3"x5". The page showed the part number to be
RK9045. I had one like it, but threw it away a month or so ago when
going thru my remotes. I figured I'd never need that old thing!
Murphy's Law.
It has three rows (vertically) of buttons. Left: 0-4, center: 5-9,
right: channel, mute, volume.
Anyone have one?
