Probably IC500 is bad. Also check R445, D445 and R420, D409. These are the
sources of the +13.5v and the -13.5v supplies to this chip. To enter service
mode you must use the remote and punch in (0-6-2-5-9-6-Menu) in rapid
succession. To exit service mode press power button on the set.
