Upon closer inspection I found the 130v point ,it was rite at 130v.
A closer look and there it was ,anode lead laying on spring of tube .
Haste makes waste . Always check the dress of wires in PTV's.

Is there coolant still on the tube envelope?
If so clean thoroughly and clean and reseal anode boot with RTV
Is the ground dag lead properly connected?
