[TechAssist] Magnavox 6P5440 PTV745-AH01 need to access service menu

Hi Guys, went out on this Magnavox Projo. on what I thought was a simple
convergence adjustment. When I got
there I realized it wasn`t, (customers description wasn`t what was on
the screen) When the picture is on the
screen it actually looks good, but when text shows up there is a second
bluish/grey image to the right of the
original number or letter, can anyone tell me what code I need to access
the service menu ? Don`t have schematic
and couldn`t remember the old NAP sequence of 062596/062597 when I was
there, call is 27 miles one way
and customer says he`s had a tech from his prior home up north come
out and fix this same problem twice
before just by adjusting it from the remote, thanks in advance, Larry E
