Jeff,
In addition to the parts you mentioned, you better check/replace the
following as well as they are common on these P1 chassis. Note: some of
these values may differ for different screen sizes but the ones listed below
are for the 27" set you have:

R424 (0.27 ohm / 1 watt, Philips# 483511657056)
C430 (1000pf, 400V, Philips# 483512147034)
D430 (MUR460, Philips# 483513037488)
R429 (24 ohm / 3 watt, Philips# 483511657043)
IC401 (Philips# 483520987071)
C504 (10nf / 1.5KV, Philips# 483512147048)
C505 (680pf / 2KV, Philips# 483512247037)
