[TechAssist] Magnavox 20MS233S chassis 20J8 No sync

I have this Magnavox 20" made in 2003 that does not have horiz or vertical
sync using either tuner or A/V. The horiz frequency does not seem to be too
far off but does not lock. The OSD is normal except for a slight weave. The
B+ to the horiz stage is +96 volts. I do not have the service manual. Has
anyone seen this? Also, how do you enter the service manual if it has one.
(I have the original remote). Could someone upload the service manual for
this set. TIA, John.
