Magnavox 27" m# RP2786
No tuning on any band,The customer said something about hooking up an antenna
but htey were pretty vague. Anyway, I have all my voltage and all my clock and
control signals. I was ready to replace the tuner when I decided to test the
PIP. When I run a signal through the PIP I get a very fuzzy low quality
picture. Am I looking in the right place (tuner)? or should I be checking the
micro or PIP instead?
