[TechAssist] Mag tvvcr CCT254AT02 hot short at plug in

This mag tvvcr came in with just relay chatter at plug
in. Check h out transistor and found shorted.
replaced and plugged in. Relay chattered again and
found hot shorted again. Never hit power on switch.
Any ideas?
