Sorry I can't answer that about the PN, but Q601 & Q602 is
indeed a 2SC4834 & yes, R607 is .1 ohm 1/2 watt fusible.  If
you had problems with these parts, you should also check or
probably replace R647, D622, & C650.  If it's any help,
2SC4834 crosses to 2SC4546, 2SC4161, 2SC3626 & 2SC4559.

email. I need
the correct part for Q601, Q602 and R607.  I believe the
parts are:
 Q601, 602 = 2SC4834  and R607 is a .1 ohm / 2 watt. If
anyone has that
manual or schematics and could verify these parts, I would
really
appreciate it.
