[TechAssist] Log in troubles? error box?

I am posting this in the forum as I do not know if this is a general
problem or just me.
At the bottom of the emails, I click on
http://www.tech-assist.org
That takes me to the main page where at bottom there is the "Log In"
I click it, then enter "User name" and "password" in the appropriate
boxes.
Then a window pops up with:
www.tech-assist.org JavaScript application
BUG-couldnot get Form object REPLYFORM
OK
What does this mean?
It does this on two of my PCs, one W98SE, the other running XP-pro.
