[TechAssist] LXI TV/VCR Vertical Height Problem ?

Symptom: Insufficient Vertical height with foldover top of pix.
Hi Everyone;
This one is driving me crazy, do not have a print on this (but if my
memory is right this looks like a 13trv45 rca chassis), replaced all the
lytics in the vertical section still have problem. did not change chip? Any
help would be appreciated
