[TechAssist] KV32V36,strange problem after power supply repair,won"t power down!

This set came in D.O.A. has separate power supply pcb.Replaced ( used all
SONY parts) R607.Q601 602.vdr 601. r622. C613 C613. IC643. D646. IC642.
D603-610 (8). and the four 22 ohm resisters:609 610 616& 617.Also horiz
output transistor and soldered drive path.
 Tested at low voltage ( 30-40 vac) no excessive current draw on bench.Put
into set plugged in set came on with good pix and sound ran it 10 min.
turned it off and unplugged it checked for overheating, now here is the
strange thing plugged set back in (set should by in standby ) heard audio
pop in speakers and HV coming up,looked at filaments and they are lit pushed
POWER button heard deg relay and sound no pix turned up G2 and saw faint
gray raster with line at top. (no vert).Replaced vert output TDA8172 same
results, anybody seen this?Set will not power down.
