[TechAssist] KV27TS32 Sound no PIX or HV

Set came in dead, repaired power supply, soldered Horiz trans and all
regulators..Set comes on with sound no picture or HV.. Has 134 volts to
collector.. No +/- 15Volts traced diodes/resistors back to transformer
replaced Vert IC.. Swapped HV transformer... Anyone have any ideas PLEASE
