[TechAssist] JVC XV-S60 DVD player, won't eject tray

When this DVD player is turned on it says "Hello" like it is supposed to
and then it displays "Loading" on the display and does nothing else.
The tray will not eject and using the reset procedure for this model
does not bring up "Test" on the display. Any DVD experts out there?
