[TechAssist] JVC - TV - AV-27050 - Chassis A68 - Shutdown

Customer brought this in from another shop. TV fires up for about 5 seconds,
shuts down, then front LED blinks. +B is a steady 134V while the TV is ON,
107V during shutdown. I'm not very fimiliar with JVC TV products. No
schematic. Any pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
