[TechAssist] JVC FS2000J--shutdown

Hello All, Have a JVC Mini system in, looks like it's going into shutdown.
Standby light is on at all times, when "power" is pushed you detect a flash on
the Amber display but that is all. Doesn't appear to be caused by the O/P IC
(ic31) nor IC901, both IC's were disconnected with the unit going into
shutdown. Has anyone seen this type of fault before and can offer any insights
or has anyone got the schematic for this unit, a copy of schem would help a
