[TechAssist] JVC AV35750 blue screen only, has OSD

Swapped tuners, no help. blue screen only, but OSD menu works OK.This
has two tuner pip but his remote is bad so cannot access PIP to see if
it works. A real goat dance...
Any histories on this issue?
Of course the customer is awaiting...
