[TechAssist] JVC AV32D200 Dead no stby supplies.

Set is dead, when plugged in there are no standby supplies.
No shorts in secondaries and have replaced C926??
Tried 2 different STRs, checked all parts in primary side of supply.
When in stby there should be voltage from D910 on the E of Q911, this is
to supply feedback voltage to SRT.
If I cheat the thing on the set works perfect until I turn it off, then
no standby voltages again.
Anybody ever see this problem on this JVC, this is an odd PS for a JVC.
