Have you checked C926 1000uf @ 35V?

This set will clik realy when try to turn on.
In stby the B+ to HOT is 110V, using a bulb across B+ it is 100V, vith
variac it will maintain this 100V with AC from about 70V up to 130V.
All switched secondary supplies are low, ei the 16VDC reads about 13V.
Replaced opto-isol no change, suspect IC901 STRF6515. Checked all diodes
and SM transistors and diodes and ESR all caps in the area. Raw B+ is
169V with 115VAC input.

Could someone give my the JVC number for IC901, being JVC don't like to
user generic STR
